Beer Description

Throughout the night, we often dream up different techniques to apply to tried-&-true beer styles. Olfactory Hues takes the IPA template & spins it on its head.

We kept the moist green aroma hops out of the boil completely, instead adding ony bittering hops. We then used our lauter as a giant hop back, filtering the entire beer (cold) though 150 lbs of whole leaf Amarillo, Summit, and Cascade hops. The end result is a nose so overwhelming you can smell the colors all the way from your lawn.
