Five grains for five years: Rice, Corn, Barley, Rye and Spelt. This beer is simultaneously complex and subtle in flavor and balance at 25 IBUs. The spicy and citrusy notes from the saison yeast are pleasantly balanced by the depth and body for the grains diversity. Designed to with stand the test of time with higher, 9%, ABV and classic brewing technique, we will be able to enjoy this beer for years to come.
