Beer Description
An approachable and drinkable red ale utilizing both American Cascade and English Fuggle hops. Earthy aromas of wood, pine, and citrus lead to flavors of toasted bread, subtle chocolate and caramel, and a grapefruit and orange citrus.
​Brewed in conjunction for The Oinkster’s burger week. Inspired by Homer Simpson’s of choice for one single night. An approachable and drinkable red ale utilizing both American Cascade and English Fuggle hops. Earthy aromas of wood, pine, and citrus lead to flavors of toasted bread, subtle chocolate and caramel, and a grapefruit and orange citrus. We like this beer, but it needs more dog.
