Beer Description
The malt is mashed for 36 hours until it literally becomes sour by breaking down the glucose in the malt, producing lactic acid.
Super sessionable, low bitterness with lots of bright and funky tartness. Often times in Germany this beer is flavored with raspberry or Woodruff (sour apple) syrup which we special order and are available at the brewpub. We keep things real legit.
