Beer Description
With the New Year comes a new project, our JT’s Barrel Series. This is the second release in this new venture, which will consist of a beer fermented and aged in a single oak barrel. This version is a wheat ale soured in the barrel with lactobacillus, peaches, ginger root and lemon thyme to create a bright, slightly tart beer, that is exceptionally refreshing for summer.
