Beer Description
We aged our Farmingdale Honey Blonde Ale for 4 months in a stainless fermenter, just as a crisp white wine would be aged in stainless. This aging process brings out rounder flavors and aromas of ripe, golden pears. Ends with a light floral and citrusy finish. If you prefer Pinot Grigio or Sauvignion Blanc, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by this beer!
