Beer Description
Developed and brewed in collaboration with our friends at Aslan Brewing. We call this beer an “imperial west coast pilsner” due to its higher-than-normal ABV and strong malty decoction-mashed body, a warm lager fermentation ala steam beer, and pilsner-style hoppage—multiple doses of piney, spicy Sterling hops.
