A distant cousin to our Pale Peel APA this American Pale Ale shares a nearly identical malt bill comprised of Vienna malt, Cara-Pils, Victory malt, and Caramel malts. A high profile late hop bomb addition is buoyed by a massive dry hop including Citra and other complimentary hops. This beer might be late to the party but it always makes a grand entrance.
