Beer Description
This is a onetime beer that we brewed using organic rye and crystal malt from our friends at Valley Malting Co in Massachusetts. www.ValleyMalt.com They are a micro maltster, one of only a handful in the county, and they are doing some cool stuff. Brewed with our German yeast stain and lightly dry hopped with US Goldings.
