Kirby is using a blend of caramel, special roast and deep chocolate malt to create a deeply rich tasting Porter.
Wisconsin grown Brewer’s Gold Hops add the needed bittering to balance the malt intensity. The resulting beer is bold, assertive, yet is quite session able.
