Inspired by Caribbean Style Stouts this smooth offering is based with NYS Pale, Caramel and Chocolate Malts; then balanced with a healthy dose of Flaked Oats and Roasted Barely. It’s very low bitterness is provided by the slight addition of Challenger Hops. The real distinctive flavor is imparted from the coconut which provides a rich creaminess counter balanced by the sweet hint of vanilla.
