Beer Description
Extremely pale yellow in color, O’so’s Berliner Weisse is a classic representation of the style. With a large percentage of raw wheat used in this brew, expect a foamy head in your glass that gives way to aromas of ripe lemons. Refreshingly tart acidity would be an understatement, and a light mouthfeel that finishes dry, begging you to drink more greets you at the end of every sip. This is sour sunshine in a glass and at only 3% ABV, you can spend all afternoon outside and not get burnt. We love this beer.
