Beer Description
As we celebrate Boone’s 150th anniversary this year, we were inspired to make a pre-prohibition style brewed by John M. Herman at the Herman Brewery in Boone Iowa. The large brewery operated in Boone from 1866 until the state adopted prohibition. The beer is made with light malts and touch of corn, giving it a light body and appearance, and making it quite refreshing for summer!
