Our gluten reduced ale is made from sorghum, Belgian candy, Pure Maple Syrup, honey, three different types of hops and certified gluten free yeast. As one admires the pure mahogany color and the clean, balanced taste even has our most seasoned beer drinkers ask, “THIS is gluten free?” As a relatively new style to the craft beer scene, gluten free beers are quickly evolving. We take extra-special care and use dedicated fermenting equipment to produce this creation.
