About the brewery

Since 1853, El Dorado Brewing Company operated in California’s Central Valley providing beer for the local residents of San Joaquin county. When the Prohibition Act was passed, the company ceased operations for a period of time but still maintained the recipes and brewing knowledge. In 1994, Kellie Jacobs re-established the operations under the name of Valley Brewing Company Inc. and set out to build Valley Brewing Company into the premier brewery that operated in years past.
