We are a Santa Cruz based craft brewery making uncommon beers, brewed to last. All of our beers are CCOF Certified Organic from start to finish. Unrefrigerated shelf life will exceed five months, but we recommend storage under 50°F to ensure best condition. We distribute in 16 oz. cans, and on demand in 30-liter KeyKegs, a recyclable one-way keg technology. We were the first brewery in the U.S. to use these kegs, and remain the only one exclusively using them.
