About the brewery
Chassart Alexandre Dumont (Civil Mechanical Engineer) & Stéphane Meulemans (Chemical Engineer with specialization in the beer industry), have thought your project before buying the machinery in a brewery located in Berry, France. His desire to make your own beer is not new, since the idea came when they were still students.
They converted a farm in the Brewery of Jandrain-Jandrenouille since the summer of 2006.
