We added many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot in the finish
Our version of a barrel-fermented and barrel-aged Berliner-Weisse fermented with raspberries and blackberries. Pours hazy purple. Smells of tart berries with a mild funk. Taste is jammy, tart, and slightly funky.
A Wheat IPA with apricots. Included Kettle additions of Simcoe & Amarillo hops plus dry hopped with New Zealand Motueka. And, BAM! Matured on apricots.
Saison brewed with locally grown Meyer lemons and pepper corns. Experimented with higher amount of acidulated malt to create a slight tartness. Light & refreshing with unique Meyer lemon flavor. Lemons are from Janet Lomantos’ orchard in Hollister.
We took our Many Moons Stout and replaced the coffee with organic Sugar Pie pumpkins from Pinnacle Farms in San Juan Bautista. The pumpkin flavor is very subtle so you don't have to lose your gourd if it's not your thing.
Malt forward session Pale Ale with a subtle floral nose from the use of Cascade hops. Tastes of caramel & toffee.
The malt is from Admiral Maltings in Alameda, CA and is made with all California grown barley.

An American Porter, ABV 6.3%, dark brown slightly bitter beer conditioned on roasted Ghana cacao nibs. Pours silky black with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet with chocolate and caramel which carry through on the palate.
Soft & juicy with a balanced mix of citrus & tropical hops (Azacca, Citra & El Dorado) that bring out the aromatic characteristics of papaya and mango.
An IPA brewed with malted wheat & flaked oats and hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic & Motueka. Wheat and oats create a medium body while hops provide floral, citrus, tropical fruit aromas and flavor.
