Our 18th Anniversary brew. 234 full moons have occurred since we started brewing. German style blonde doppelbock lager. Malty sweetness with a soft hop balance.
An ale brewed with rye malt, giving us some light, spicy notes. Hopped with Citra & Simcoe hops. A little more intense than our "All Day at Mars Lake". Very quaffable!
We fed Belgian Wit yeast lots of wheat and Pilsner malt that we spiced with toasted coriander and bitter orange peels, then dry hopped it with American Cascade hops.
Our 1000th batch of beer! This imperial version of our flagship IPA is hopped heavily with Cascade and Columbus We then threw it into fresh Chicago Distilling bourbon barrels for 6 months.
