Phantasmagourdia was brewed with 100 pounds of roasted pie pumpkins, Mexican cinnamon, Indian coriander, Szechuan peppercorns, and piloncillo. It was then fermented with Trappist ale yeast. The result is an elegant orange Belgian ale with pleasant pumpkin
Android Dream IPA, our submission to the 2013 Illinois Craft Brewers Guild Replicale Project. We chose Motueka to be the single hop in our all-Pilsner malt IPA. The result is a spectacular showcase of one of the most interesting hop varietals available.
