About the brewery
The Quaker City Malting Company was started by Steven Grasse as chance to bring malted brews back to their roots. QC Malt is made with wholesome and classic ingredients like barley, pure cane sugar, sassafras, birch, and lemon. Produced in tandem with spirits giant Diageo, we’ve created a delicious beverage somewhere between a beer and a cider, which is (like everything we do) truly unique.
