About the brewery
Wild Culture Kombucha is a full-strength kombucha brewery based in Iowa City. Our new taproom is now open at 210 N Linn St in Iowa City! We brew kombucha naturally and without dilution to create full strength kombucha, which gives it a natural alcohol content of 1% ABV. Our kombucha is brewed in small batches using organic loose leaf teas, freshly juiced produce, herbs, and spices. This kombucha is raw, live, and unfiltered, so it is full of probiotics and nutrients.
