BenjiClaus is our interpretation of the Samishclaus. Like Samishclaus this Lager has a sweet fruity malt – raisins, plums and prunes, mostly – warm toffee, mild earthy.
The Citra-Lingus,North East Style DIPA, was dry hooped w/ Citra.This gives it a floral, tropical fruit,citrus-sweet cocktail nose w/ notes of pineapple & honey.
Brewed with coffee from Blanchard’s Coffee in Richmond. Strong espresso flavor balances well with a silky mouth-feel and subtler chocolate/caramel notes.
Like the Ebb & Flow of the roaring tide. This Red IPA flowing in at 5.5% is like a subtly sweet mild grapefruit with a soft citrusy malty backbone. Simcoe, Mosaic & Azacca Hops
Tropical tree fruit hanging on the Bough. This Azacca and Citra hopped DIPA honors the whole tree and the sprawling cantaloupe on the terrain its sets its roots...
This hoppy saison is single hopped with Blanc hops. This tastes like Virginia spring in a blass. Floral notes are those of a spring perennial garden....not tropical!

The Lady IPA takes on her fall colors and character! This Red IPA- is hazy & juicy, viscous not chewy- Hopped with Mosaic & El Dorado. A blend of specialty malts draw the color toward auburn.

Tropikos is our experimental IPA series. Number 005. Brewed mostly with Summer hops and balance out with Amarillo. Golden and Hazy with subtle tropical fruit and dry bitter finish.
