We love beer! So much so that we spend the majority of our waking hours brewing, pouring, and drinking beer– sometimes all at the same time! We were established in 2009 and started brewing in 2011. After five years in our original location and producing over 3,000 barrels of beer in 2015 (for serious!), we’ve outgrown our current situation and are in the middle of a major expansion: we have installed a bigger brewhouse and are increasing our production capacity more than twofold pretty much immediately, meaning more Big Whig IPA, Naughty Sauce, Tongue Tickles, and all your other favorite Noble beers! We’ll also be opening a brand new tasting room space that will be able to accomodate way more customers with comfort aplenty! So keep an eye out for all the changes to come throughout the rest of 2019… we can’t wait! You can find us in the Platinum Triangle area just off Katella Avenue and the 57 Freeway in Anaheim, California. We’re right by Angel Stadium and the Honda Center, so on game days feel free to park at our place for free, have some beers, then walk over to the game. Huzzah!
