About the brewery
Our inspiration and passion for brewing started in the heart of Fair Haven, CT. Erector Square once the home of the A.C. Gilbert Company which produced millions of “Erector” toys is now the home to an eclectic group of artists and innovators. It’s this creativity and soul that we strive to include in every batch.
