About the brewery
Anna’s Cider is a family owned & operated cidery in Santa Paula, CA. Our ciders are hand-crafted by a winemaker in small batches from fresh-pressed California apples. We believe that great cider starts in the orchards and so we source from 3 orchards that are family-owned, and employ responsible and natural farming practices. With such great fruit, we do not add coloring, chemical additives, or water down the cider so that what you taste is the true apple flavor. Our ciders are naturally carbonated using the “Pet Nat” (petillant naturel) process, which rounds and smooths out the natural acidity in the apples, producing a cider that is approachable, in spite of having no residual sugar. The result of our careful fermentation process is a very clean and crisp cider that is entirely dry.
