Pilsner and pale malt share the stage as fermentables in this sour IPA. Kettle soured with multiple strains of lactobacillus over three days before being dry hopped with Mosaic for that dank almost green flavor that strangely enough works
We brew this IPA every year for Goose Day – a local adaptation of Michaelmas day. As the traditional last day to pick blackberries we thought it only right to toss in 125 pounds of ripe berries with an over the top dry hop addition of Ariana hops.
Everybody’s favorite IPA – we use a transatlantic mix of British and Canadian malt as the base and throw in flaked oats and wheat to keep it hazy bro. Vic secret and Citra really up the juice factor. Drink it before everyone else does.
With a name like this, you would think the naming inspiration came from a trip to France and a memorable gastronomic experience with a caramel macchiato in a Parisienne cafe but you'd be wrong...
brewed with heaping amounts of blueberry, and sweetened ever so slightly with lactose and vanilla for an all around luscious flavor. Mix that with a more than generous addition of Mosaic hops producing tropical aromas
One sip of this Pina Colada inspired creation and you’ll be whisked away to a tropical oasis where lush fruity hops combine with sultry pineapple and creamy coconut to wash your cares away - perfect for those days when you just don’t give a duck.
Aromas of ripe mango and tropical hops dance with an underlying dankness in this over the top brew. With 4.5 pounds per barrel of dry hops we went for the more is more approach and have no regrets about it.
We open with an abundant aroma of sultry ripe pineapple; an undeniably dank undertone lingers in our mind as we move in for that first taste of glorious flowing gold. BF BEER
