A malt bill of 30% wheat and 70% Bohemian Pils gives this beer a nice grainy flavor underneath the hop fruitiness. All Loral hops were used in this brew leading to an herbal, floral and peppery flavor with a lingering taste of dark fruit.

A light, crisp, refreshing, fruit forward beer with a slightly heavier mouthfeel. No noticeable hop flavor with a slight sweetness from the corn. Similar to a light lager or pilsner. Mt Hood is the finishing hop.
