GABF 2020 Silver Medal Session IPA. Pedal Pounder is the perfect IPA for the outdoor adventurer, low in ABV but high in hop flavor, this will be sure to quench you and leave room for another. Crafted to remove gluten.
Aroma of grapefruit, lemon, sticky mango, and fresh cut pine slap your olfactory sensors. On the flavor, expect a delicate ballet of juicy citrus, peach rings and overripe berry to dance with a snappy, piney, bitter bite
From the mysterious wagon that brought blue corn from New Mexico and grabbed Sinagua malts from Arizona on the way. A collaboration IPA we did with our friends over at LazyG Brewhouse in Prescott, AZ. This ale is clear, crisp, and a wonderful sipper.
An alt style amber ale featuring American and German malts and hops. The maltiness features bready and toasty notes rather than the caramel like flavors in American or English style amber ales...
Brewed for Arizona using 100% Arizona grown grains. This cream ale will quash the sweltering Arizona summer heat and put an end to your thirst. The Arizona grown blue corn used adds an intriguing slight pinkish hue.
Not to be confused with Oak Casket, which is aged in used bourbon barrels. This imperial stout is aged in a used mead barrel from our friends at Superstition Meadery...
"What a thoughtful name" you say. Well, Beer is exactly what this historical American style of beer would have been called in its pre-prohibition era. Kin to a cream ale, but darker, maltier and a bit hoppier.
Trailer Tart Series - Sours. Brewed with lots of wheat, naturally soured, and fermented with an assortment of fruits including peach, prickly pear, mango, apricot, marionberry and raspberry. Contains lactose.
Very light bodied and mild flavored American-style beer, kin to the American Lager. Low levels of hop bitterness, moderate malt and corn sweetness and almost zero hop flavor make this a very refreshing light beer for the sweltering cicada season.
Roses, jasmine, elderflower, hops and orange blossom honey compliment the natural pepperiness from the yeast in this floral, highly effervescent saison...
An Irish-Style Dry Stout on Nitro brewed with malted barley, unmalted barley and roasted barley with a mildly acidic character that further dries it out on your palate. Enjoy a pint or two - Slainte!
A big West Coast-style double IPA, brewed with loads of hops and plenty of alcohol, but it is deceptive in its strength and relatively light in body for a beer this big. Please drink responsibly.
Trailer Tart Series - Sours. This is an unfruited version of Trailer Tart, and while it may not be fruited, it has plenty of fruit character, both from the Belgian yeast used to ferment it, and the Mosaic hops added post fermentation.
With a deep reddish copper color, and a rich and complex malt flavor complimented by an array of fruity esters, this Belgian-style ale should be terrific for pairing with food through the fall and ...

American twist on a Japanese-style lager. Brewed with 20% toasted rice and an aggressive American hop, Talus. Hop flavors dominate at first with herbal & tropical notes, but fades, making way for the malt & rice for a clean, dry, refreshing, hoppy lager.
While technically brewed as a lager, this Irish Red inspired beer has a dry drinkable finish and a deep dark reddish hue from the addition of roasted barley. With just enough hops added to balance the malt, there is virtually no hop flavor or aroma.
An unfiltered version of M.O.E., our Italian-style pilsner. While still clean and crisp, the unrefined nature presents a slightly different character over our standard version of M.O.E.
A rich malt sweetness dominates the aroma and flavor with hints of caramel and toasted bread, English hops balance out the finish with a mild but decisive bitterness...
The classic American-style lager brewed with low bitterness and high drinkability. Six-row barley malt and corn make up the grist with just a light touch of hops and a clean cold lager fermentation make this a highly drinkable beer flavored beer.
