About the brewery
Known with affection simply as The Pub, the Fish Tale Brewpub is the flagship of Fish Brewing Company and the honored Home of Fish Tale Organic Ales. Here, our welcomed guests—from first-timers to stalwart regulars—find their visit rewarded with the freshest hand-crafted ales available.
In their formative years, both the Pub and the Fish Tale brewery stood under one roof. With the brewery’s 1996 move into larger facilities across Jefferson Street, the Pub embarked on its own transformation. What began as a cold-food tap room known as The Fishbowl has since blossomed into a full-fledged restaurant featuring Fish Tale Organic Ales, Leavenworth Biers, and Spire Mountain Ciders.
