It's loaded with hops to create the flavor of juiced oranges, fresh pineapple and stone fruit, yet dialed back on bitterness for a juicy, pillowy, soft mouthfeel.
The Cascade and Chinook hops were cultivated in Mobile at the Auburn University Ornamental Horticulture Research Center and picked fresh for use in this beer. The barley was farmed in Alabama and was malted by Old South Malt House in Cullman.
