About the brewery
Since 1866 Christian Bischoff Bischoff-brewed the first beer in a barn in Winnweiler, a lot has changed.
Today, Dr. Sven Bischoff’s commercial fortunes of the company, while his brother Dr. Eric Bischoff woke up in 2008 as production manager on the unique quality of Bischoff beers. Bischoff so with the good old art of brewing has now passed into the fifth generation. Since 2009 Dr. Sven Bischoff leads the family on his own.
Of course we have over the years adapted to our modern production requirements and expands our portfolio of beers to 20 varieties. But one thing has remained: Bischoff was and is a family business.
