A full bodied pilsner, brewed with the four "Nobel Hops" Hallertauer, Tettnang, Spaltz, and Saaz. This classic German style pilsner is super smooth and easy to drink.
The beer is pale, but packs a wallop of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla flavors. There's also a hint of pepper. This is a perfect example of why you should never judge a book by it's cover.
We brewed this American IPA with some awesome hops including Denali, Citra, and Mosaic. We dry hopped the shit out of it to give it a ton of flavor and aroma, but without the bitter kick.
