For this Coffee Porter, we used Conscious Cups Brothers Espresso blend, cocoa nibs from Ethereal Confections, over 50 pounds of hand crushed Oreos, caramel, vanilla and milk sugar.
The beer was infused with homemade Oatmeal Raisin cookies right from the Dallas family kitchen in our lauter tun, and we added some additional cinnamon sticks, raisins and vanilla to make it a big cookie batch.
