A subtile blend with the taste of Blanche de Namur, to which the brewers add Mosaïc hops and a hint of ginger, for a fruity and floral perfume and a refreshing taste.
Blanche Des Moines is brewed on 60% pilsener malt and 40% unmalted wheat. In spite of a close affinity to the Flemish witbiers this is somewhat different.
Brasserie du Bocq, set up in 1858 by Martin BELOT, still a 100% family concern, remains one of the last traditional Belgian breweries. Located in the heart of the Condroz, wonderful tourist region, this dynamic company still uses the traditional manufacturing process of top-fermentation beers with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
