About the brewery
Brewery Outré produces farmhouse ales with Michigan Terroir. Michigan-grown malts, hops, and even yeast strains literally native to Michigan, give our beers a unique flavor profile. Our specialties include “Native” beers featuring 100% Michigan-grown ingredients that are fermented by native Michigan yeast, as well as Oenobeer (a beer-wine hybrid).
