Craftsman Heavenly

German Hefeweizen · 4.8% ABV

This hefeweizen is American-brewed but carefully grounded in rich tradition, with a priority placed on a Bavarian-like balance and duality of texture.

The beer is fermented with a blend of Belgian yeast strains & has aromas of sage, clove and spice contributing to a highly aromatic beer. Initial flavors of malt sweetness are muted by the sage; finishes dry.
