Brewed with baked blue berries, sour cherries, blackberries, appels and pears, BOM Baked barley, rye, spelt, wheat and buckwheat malts & five different spices.
The Wild & Funky is our response to the challenge to brew a new style of sour beer with mixed fermentation.
About the brewery
We converted a coffee roaster to create our own malt. We buy unbranded, so-called ‘white’ malt and use this to make new malt in function of each individual beer. This is achieved by baking the ‘white’ malt ourselves. Unique is also that we use our malt for brewing within 24 hours after production.
