The porter is brewed with local cocoa nibs from French Broad Chocolate’s. It has a fantastic balance of rich chocolate and a slow burn of Datil pepper.
Features a malt profile akin to Hawaiian sweet bread along with a splash of mango. A late kettle addition of Cascade hops adds yet another layer of fruit into this beer for warm weather enjoyment.
