Spices come in with coriander and some pepper. Smell is spices, black pepper and coriander; belgian yeast and fruit (apples and pears). Aroma is fairly strong.
Dry-hopped. A stronger version of the Sleedornbier. Brewed in the Belgian countryside with the brewery's own spring water.
About the brewery
Brouwerij Smisje (FKA De Regenboog) is a small independent brewery that brews with the purest ingredients. The main thing in beer is water. The brewery has a recognized natural resource (found on the list of approved sources). In addition, use is made of mainly Belgian hops. Obviously malt not lacking. The yeast is self-handedly raised and is peculiar to the brewery. The beer is always unfiltered, not pasteurized. Nor will you find in chemical additives. The honest beer from the heart of the Flemish Ardennes! Since early May 2009, Johan active Mater under the name “Brewery Smisje”.
