The O’Fallon Brewery was founded in 2000, by Fran and Tony Caradonna. The first two years only one style of beer was brewed and sold only in kegs and only in St Charles County, (O’Fallon Gold.) Over the next several years they continued to grow their brands and distribution area. In May 2011 they sold the brewery to Jim and Debbie Gorczyca, but Fran continues to play a part of day to day operations as the Brewery’s General Manager. In June 2015, we moved to Maryland Heights, MO. moving all of our production under one roof, and also opened the O’Bar, our restaurant and tap room.
