"Alt", or "old" in German, refers to the longer conditioning time required to achieve the supremely mellow balance of cereal malts and brisk hop bitterness.
We started out with a Traditional IPA and infused it with just the right amount of Blood Orange. The sweetness of the Blood Orange and the bitterness of the IPA creates a perfect balance.
The stout is brewed with de-bittered black malts that do not compete with the Columbian Naranjos coffee bean known for its silky body, big tangerine acidity.
