About the brewery
The idea of a brewery came from a family with a passion for specialty beers. Dissatisfied with the small selection of beers available in Brazil, decided to found a brewery to bring back the tradition, flavor and variety to the market. There were some years of research, conversations with master brewers in Germany, Belgium and the USA and numerous brewery visit these countries. And with the coming of a German brewmaster with 30 years of experience, the dream became reality. All that remained was to choose a name. The plant, located next to an old train line in Blumenau, served as inspiration: Eisenbahn in German means railroad.
