About the brewery
Pause Café is a social cooperative that promotes social and economic development processes equitable, sustainable and participatory, with special attention to the inclusion of disadvantaged people in the North and the South. Work side by indigenous communities in Guatemala and cooperative coffee producers in Mexico and Costa Rica in the care and development of cocoa production. The work with these communities historically excluded from the benefits of their work, allowing them to improve the conditions of life, emphasizing the link with the territory, protecting biodiversity and culture, understood as coevoluto patrimony of humanity.
