A bitter, moderately strong American India pale ale that uses its clean, supporting malt to showcase its hop character with a strong aroma of grapefruit.
This "breakfast" stout boasts huge aromas of maple syrup, coffee, and chocolate. Taste follows with smokey maple pancakes and layers of creamy house coffee. 7% ABV
This handsome fella is loaded with late addition kettle hops and lupulin powder. Pretty insane stuff with the amount of flaked wheat and oats. Hopped with Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Citra Lupulin Powder.

We built our brewery in an 80-year-old former pool hall and bowling alley with the goal of maintaining the building’s history while producing well-balanced American brews 10 barrels at a time.
