This is a well-bodied stout that tastes like iced coffee, without being too roasty. We carefully select the most seasonal, single origin coffee beans with Chromatic, so coffee characteristics change with each batch.
The malt base focuses on amber colored malts and a restrained amount of darker one. The base provides a template for the adjuncts. Lots of chocolate and coffee come through on the nose while the vanilla carries through on the taste.
A California Pale Ale made with 92% California two-row and a dash of crystal malt. Chinook, Willamette, and Northern Brewer hops bring out refreshing citrus and floral notes.
This Imperial Rye IPA balances pine, citrus, and tea-like hop notes with a large dose of rye malt leaving a clean, spicy finish that doesn't cling or linger.
Gose w/ Cucumber, Mint and Lime Zest (4.2%)
Our rendition of the delicious Mexican-style drinks of Summer. We took our tart gose and employed fresh cucumber, mint leaves and lime zest to create an incredibly refreshing ale.
Dripping with qualities of strawberry, pineapple and grapefruit, our newest batch of this Imperial Northeast IPA features Citra, Summer, and Belma Hops.
Lots of Citra hops mean that citrus qualities abound, and Summer hops from Australia lend a pinapple-like characteristic. Together with a soft mouth-feel and aromatic yeast, tropical aromatics linger on.
