2) Killsner 5% – A crisp and bright pilsner that shines with floral hops, delicate malt sweetness, and a clean, dry finish — a timeless classic redefined.
3) Antipasto! 6% – Italian Pilsner in origin, American in attitude Antipasto! trades German restraint for big, expressive hop character, blending the crispness of a pils with the boldness of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Not quite Kilsner, not quite Island Vibes—this is something new.
ABOUT
“Kills Boro Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in Staten Island, New York, dedicated to reviving the brewing traditions of our borough and celebrating its rich local history and culture. The name “Kills Boro” is a reference to the tidal straits on Staten Island, which were called “kills” by the original Dutch settlers and found to be an integral ingredient in the traditional brewing practices of German migrants who founded a number of breweries in the borough.
Our passion for brewing has led us to invest significant time, energy, and focus into developing a distinguished lager program, showcasing our dedication to quality and craftsmanship while also paying homage to the handful of Bavarian-centric breweries that existed and thrived here nearly two centuries ago. In addition to our lagers, we produce a diverse range of craft beers, including IPAs, sours, and stouts, while using the finest ingredients and traditional brewing techniques.
At Kills Boro Brewing Company, we believe in the power of beer to bring people together. Our taproom and beer garden offer a welcoming space for the community to gather, sample our beers, and learn about Staten Island’s brewing history. As part of New York City’s vibrant craft beer movement, we are proud to support our local community and share our passion for locally-made, high-quality beers"
