About this Event

The Bronx Brewery heads to Throgs Neck for Bronx Restaurant Week. Join Chris and Damian at world-famous Italian restaurant, Tosca, on Wednesday, November 2. Specialty pizzas baked in Tosca’s classic coal oven – one of just a handful of such ovens left in New York City – will be matched with the unique flavors of the Bronx Pale Ale to create a true Bronx pairing. We’ll be pouring from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM in the rooftop garden. Tosca is located at 4038 East Tremont Avenue at Miles Avenue in the Bronx and is accessible from the 6 train.
A deep amber, American-style pale ale with an ABV of 6.3%, Bronx Pale Ale is brewed with five different barley malts, generous additions of Cascade and Centennial hops and a unique strain of yeast. The British, German and American malts used provide a blend of caramel, biscuit and nutty flavors and provides a gentle, pleasant bitterness with an intense citrus and floral aroma. It is dry-hopped, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
