Spirit Description
Out of the bottle, this bourbon opens w/ notes of mango chutney, while the millet renders a soft whisper of vanilla throughout. The grains sing w/ the sweetness of apricot custard and finishes w/ peppery caramel, a diminuendo into a wisp of clove lingering on the tongue.
