A renaissance of rye that transcends mere resurgence. Fermented with a wine yeast from France’s Loire Valley. Aged in air-dried oak barrels. Caramel and honey on the nose, with luscious whiskey sweetness on the palate. 2013 Whiskey Advocate Craft Whiskey of the year.
